Our catering service is both refined and friendly, and is guaranteed to satisfy even the most demanding customers. Enjoy the views across the grounds, flower-lined gardens and ancient trees from the windows of the Directoire room or the Chasse dining room.
Our chef's range of exquisite dishes, made from natural ingredients and using authentic, genuine flavours, is guaranteed to set your taste buds alight. Our recipes are made using produce from our own vegetable garden, local farms and small producers, as well as Label Rouge Charolais meats and the freshest fish available. We place a particular emphasis on the use of organically produced ingredients.
Our dishes change according to the latest harvests, with a seasonal menu and a Market Produce menu that changes every month.
